What’s is this ?

Everything is made of energy all vibrating at different frequencies and all influencing and affecting everything around itself.
Nothing is separate.
We too have our own unique energetic frequency.

Our bodies are made of the same elemental substances as everything else in nature (e.g. water, minerals)
and all this in us and in nature (plants/food, stones, water) has and omits an energetic Vibrational frequency.
This energy from the world around us and from everything in nature
is the life force energy that flows through us,
keeping us alive, healthy and in connection to everything.
 
When we are unwell, a part of our energetic frequency has gone 'out of tune and harmony' with the rest of us and with everything around us.
Shock, Life events, Physical trauma, Stress, Toxins, Virus, Bacteria’s, Ancestral genetic patterns, Past life issues carried in our cellular memory, etc can all cause parts of us to become discordant and result in blockages that then disconnect us.
Part of us has become like the out of tune instrument in the orchestra causing another part of our body to not work as a ‘team’ anymore.
 
The energetic structures (Bio-energy field/Aura, Energy centres/Chakras and Meridians) that allow us to engage with everything that keeps us well have become disconnected and so our body becomes symptomatic on some level – physically (cells/organs/systems), mentally(thoughts/behaviors), emotionally (depression/anxiety) or spiritually (sense of life purpose, etc) to bring our awareness to this and to communicate this imbalance to us.
